During the course of very extensive works we had cause to utilize the services of Perfection, represented by our sales person Scharlene. We purchased a high end fireplace from Perfection and they handled the insulation of our home. We found their level of service and professionalism to be outstanding. Their representatives were highly professional and knowledgeable and they discharged their obligations on time, on budget and, despite the extensive work they carried out, left our home in a cleaner state than that in which they found it. John, your Service Technician just left my home. He called this morning. I was quite frustrated that I could not be home at the window of time he was to arrive. He was able to rearrange his full days schedule somehow and show up earlier so I could be here. In a busy season not many service technicians would do this for a customer. He arrived to a hot fireplace and worked around that by using leather gloves. He took the whole unit apart, fixed the pilot problem, cleaned the entire unit and the glass. He was knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. His exceptional service made the month and half wait worth it. I particularly appreciate Johns concern for my scheduling problem and time. Perfection Fireplace is busy for a reason. They are to best place to get the job done. We love our new gas logs with the remote control! This was a present to my wife and she was not disappointed. The service tech was extremely neat, orderly, and extremely personable. He obviously takes pride in his work and it was reassuring to watch him work with such care. He was clean and careful to remove his shoes every time he left the house to make a trip to the truck. Your Foam Board & Insulation Installers did another great job, and worked overtime to find just the right place for our FM antennae to get through all that new tin foil in the attic to boot — great job!

We hired Perfection Supply to add glass to the front of our fireplace because our dog liked to dig at the lava rocks. We also had them upgrade our logs so we could control them with a remote. They did a great job! The installer was very friendly and professional. Our fireplace looks awesome!

The technician Joe called en route and arrived within the two hour scheduled time frame. He was very courteous and removed his shoes before entering my house without being asked. Perfection had installed my gas fireplace 25 years ago, and this was our first service request. He replaced the switch that was not working and did an excellent job of cleaning the unit, replacing the vermiculite base with small lava rocks and arranged the gas logs to better display the flames. I tend to be captious, but this work was perfection.
