Went to buy some gas logs prior to the pre-Christmas deep freeze set in. We were going to stay warm even if the electricity went out. They have a nice setup with displays of various kinds of fireplaces and logs. I was waited on quickly. After the sale a moved my car over by the warehouse storage area and an employee brought out my log set and placed it into my trunk. I may go call them for help with the installation after all.

Coltton was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with all of the questions that I asked thus leading me to add a fan to the existing fireplace. He went above and beyond on cleaning the fireplace during the tune up now it looks better than it did on the original install. I would say it is rare that a service technician pays so much attention to detail but Coltton nailed it. I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs fireplace service.

As an aging homeowner, I’m getting a good bit of experience in dealing with service techs doing various maintenance and repairs around my home, mostly things I used to do for myself (and probably should STILL be doing!). I’ve learned that it’s best to keep my expectations fairly low so that I’m not constantly disappointed.
My interaction with Wade Highsmith earlier this month.
I was impressed with his professionalism: not only did he know what he was doing, he looked and acted like an experienced and confident service tech. He treated my home with respect and left the fireplace area cleaner than when he started the work. I didn’t “hover,” but I was interested in learning about the service process and problems my fireplace had. He answered my questions patiently, knowledgeably, and honestly, which is a rare skill in my experience. Finally, the payment process via iPad was smooth and quick.
Dealing with the public can be a frustrating and thankless job, with lots of complaints and unhappiness. Here’s an “Attaboy” to Wade for the great job he did and the way he represents Perfection Supply to his customers!

I’m selling my home and the buyers are requiring that our fireplace be in working order. We haven’t used it in a number of years and I called your service office to schedule a service call. We are dealing with a few days time constraint and I should have realized this is an incredibly busy time. Diane in the service department was amazing. Even though there was no way to schedule an appointment in my timeline she was able to tell that you had installed our system for David Powers Homes and gave me tips on to clear air from the gas line. After following her advice I had the fireplace working within 15 min. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for her help. She did not have to take the time to help me out but she did. We decided that we’d like to get more use out of our fireplace, without actually having to put effort into it (like having to clean it). We decided to get a gas fireplace with a remote control. For the size of our fireplace, they didn’t have a lot of choices that included a remote control. But we did see one that we liked very much, and we made the purchase. We were able to schedule the install for a few days later. Able Rodriquez called to let me know when he would be arriving to install the new fireplace. He removed the old parts and got the new fireplace installed, and explained how to use and maintain the fireplace. Before leaving, he cleaned up thoroughly. He took the old parts away for disposal. We now have a beautiful fireplace that activates at the touch of a button. We are very pleased with the new fireplace, and with the service received from Perfection Supply. I highly recommend them if you want a new fireplace, or service for your existing fireplace.

I called Perfection because I couldn’t get the gas log fireplace started at my Mother’s house. First, kudos to Diane, the customer service rep I spoke to, who talked me through a couple of things to try to get it started, and when that didn’t work we scheduled a service call for the next week. Their service tech, Wade, arrived at almost 7 pm. We were his eleventh and final stop of the day, and I thought he would be tired and ready to get home and might rush through the job but I was wrong! I can’t stress enough how impressed I was with Wade. He did a thorough job, got the fireplace going, and left a clean worksite. But just as important to me is how he treated my 86 yr old Mother…at the end of a long day he patiently answered her questions and explained everything he did, and when he left she said “he’s a really nice young man isn’t he.” I want the folks at Perfection to know how well Wade represents you and what an asset he is to your company, and I want other potential customers to know how refreshing it is to do business with a company that still understands the importance of customer service and how to treat people!

We’ve been using Perfection for years; they installed a fireplace in our last home, and service the fireplaces in our current house. They’re not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Service and repairs that are on time, and “right the first time.” Detailed, clean (no messes left behind), and excellent work. Nothing but good things to say about them — use them for annual fireplace servicing & you won’t need them for repairs!
